CNC Machinist – Aerospace Components

Position Overview

We’re hiring CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift roles focused on producing precision aerospace components. The ideal candidates have experience running CNC lathes and mills, can interpret blueprints with confidence, and take pride in consistently producing high-quality work.

Schedule

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (10s), steady schedule. Occasional rotating Saturday.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday (12s).

Expected hours: 49–55 per week

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace components
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Maintain quality standards through in-process and final inspections
• Work within a cellular manufacturing environment to support efficient workflows
• Participate in training and skill development programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes and/or mills)
• Proven ability to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace or similar industries
• Proficiency with Mazatrol programming preferred
• Experience with Swiss machining considered an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
